Services

Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department provides fire, rescue, and QRS (Quick Response Service) to the Bridgeville area and its nearly 5,000 residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We also provide services to the surrounding communities and townships.

We work with businesses within the community and inspect commercial structures to ensure that safety is a top priority as well as work along side local day cares and youth programs to teach kids how to dial 9-1-1, introduce them to fire fighters and our apparatus, and how to stop drop and roll. 

With help from the Lion's Club of Bridgeville, we can provide residents of Bridgeville with a free smoke detector. Just ask!

Find the Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department at local events such as Community Day on the Avenue, the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Bridgeville's Trunk or Treat, Light Up Night, and the Bridgeville Police Department's Annual Holiday Skit and Toy Drive! Our department also escorts Santa Claus and his elves through town during the holidays as well as monitors the community by driving through Bridgeville neighborhoods on Halloween to keep trick or treaters safe.
